Sold me a defective product
Bought a "DOG TRACKER" months ago and we tried everything to get it to work, and it wouldn't. There was so much written in Chinese, we knew we were taken, it just didn't work.
I've written for months and I do mean months explaining that they sold me a defective product and every single time a different person responded saying that they don't understand how they can help me, (they were just playing dumb), but they all are very dumb at this company). They must be family own because everyone of them had the exact same response to my complaint All they know how to do is take your money and if you complain, they must be told is to just (IGNORE THE CONSUMER)!
So what they did was RIP ME OFF FOR $15.00!!!!!!

All return orders are restricted to the following conditions: Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same color and product model in accordance with the original order. Deviation of color is not a valid reason for the guaranteed return.

I had the same problem. The dashboard cell phone clips didn’t work as advertised and sent an email requesting a return and refund the day after they arrived.
They are a company that’s made a regular practice to just ignore attempts to return items for refund or push the person past the return policy of 30days. I had proof that I sent my request the day after it arrived, but their response was Just I’m sorry!
This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
