According to the Esfranki return policy, if a product or service offered on the company websites is not as described, you may return the item. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

All return orders are restricted to the following conditions: Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same color and product model in accordance with the original order. Deviation of color is not a valid reason for the guaranteed return.

I had the same problem. The dashboard cell phone clips didn’t work as advertised and sent an email requesting a return and refund the day after they arrived.

They are a company that’s made a regular practice to just ignore attempts to return items for refund or push the person past the return policy of 30days. I had proof that I sent my request the day after it arrived, but their response was Just I’m sorry!

This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Cooling hats trio off

I ordered two of the cooking hats on June 7th and haven’t received them yet . I emailed them after a couple of weeks and they responded with a half *** apology and a tracking number that appears to be bogus. As of today (July 14th) the tracking number shows the product still in China getting to ship to New York. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the company provided a tracking number that Fedex can’t locate. Do yourself a favor and don’t , I repeat don’t buy anything from this company

They never contacted me just sent me some generic email that they would look into it. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Ordered two cooling hats on June 10. Received two hats on July 10, 2019. They were the wrong hats. They were caps and not the product shown that i ordered. Sent them an email stating this and all they could say was they were sorry for this inconvenience but offered no solution. Sent another email today. Will see what they will do.

I ordered a magnetic eyeliner (with eyelashes) they advertised on social media. It took forever to arrive and the product is nothing but GARBAGE! I wrote demanding my money back but of course all I got was their silence. Maybe all of us upset customers should do a class action lawsuit for all the fraud they are doing.

Sold me a defective product

Bought a "DOG TRACKER" months ago and we tried everything to get it to work, and it wouldn't. There was so much written in Chinese, we knew we were taken, it just didn't work.

I've written for months and I do mean months explaining that they sold me a defective product and every single time a different person responded saying that they don't understand how they can help me, (they were just playing dumb), but they all are very dumb at this company). They must be family own because everyone of them had the exact same response to my complaint All they know how to do is take your money and if you complain, they must be told is to just (IGNORE THE CONSUMER)!

So what they did was RIP ME OFF FOR $15.00!!!!!!

I was on the website, had placed an item in my cart, but hadnt checked out. Before I knew it...I received an email stating thank you for your order. I hadnt checked out, completed nor confirmed my order or anything. This site pulled my information from Paypal and completed the order. Buyer beware.
