Details
I ordered the magnetic eyelashes with magnetic eyeliner. First when I was ordering it had no where to put coupon info in. So I "x'd" out of it. I tried again and it worked. I looked on Paypal a couple of days later, and both charges went through. I didn't complete one!! Fraud!!!! Paypal won't help with that. I have emailed over and over. Now when I email, it won't go to them. It shows: problem delivering your message to stormpp101@gmail.com. Something needs to be done! $45 Wtf

According to the Esfranki return policy, if a product or service offered on the company websites is not as described, you may return the item. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

All return orders are restricted to the following conditions: Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same color and product model in accordance with the original order. Deviation of color is not a valid reason for the guaranteed return.

I ordered two of the cooking hats on June 7th and haven’t received them yet . I emailed them after a couple of weeks and they responded with a half *** apology and a tracking number that appears to be bogus. As of today (July 14th) the tracking number shows the product still in China getting to ship to New York. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the company provided a tracking number that Fedex can’t locate. Do yourself a favor and don’t , I repeat don’t buy anything from this company

They never contacted me just sent me some generic email that they would look into it. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Details
Ordered two cooling hats on June 10. Received two hats on July 10, 2019. They were the wrong hats. They were caps and not the product shown that i ordered. Sent them an email stating this and all they could say was they were sorry for this inconvenience but offered no solution. Sent another email today. Will see what they will do.

This just happened, we waited over a month to receive the two bucket hats we ordered and they send us two baseball glitter alien looking hats. They asked for pictures and I sent them with no return email back. We lost money and I will make sure no one orders from them.
