Esfranki review: Fake 30-day guarantee claims
I ordered a nail polish remover product and it did not work. There is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee listed on the website and I contacted them well within the window. They informed me that a refund only within 10 days is the policy and I would have to send the product back. Seeing as it took weeks to arrive and came from CHINA, that doesn't make sense. I also attempted to post a review on their website and it wasn't published. NO WONDER why they only have positive reviews. This company is a fraud. My nail tech said it burned my nails and is awful. I was simply asking for a refund since I was unhappy. The product page has a 100% satisfaction guarantee along with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Esfranki review: Did not receive product
March 1st I ordered under the shelf mug racks. I did not receive them. Emailed and complained, I got an apology and asking if they could make it right. I told them if they sent the product, that would be great, still have yet to get it.

Esfranki review: False advertising/lousy customer service
Buyer beware. They take your money and don't deliver. After numerous emails they finally sent me the right tracking number. Stating to me all along that my items were delivered. Tracking number says different. Refuse to give me my payment back.
