I placed order an March 9th. I have sent SEVERAL emails about this order, as I have yet to receive a shipping notification (today is May 1st). I received one email on April 5th that included a "sincere apology", but no useful information about when the item will ship....

I ordered the cell phone clip and after receiving it , it would not work out for me so I sent an email advising them I would like to return it and get a refund ! Well I received an email stating there are no refunds unless the product was damaged or defected upon delivery , but if you read their return policy you have 30 days , but then they contradict themselves n says all sale & Promotional items are final , not eligible fir return or exchange !
What poor business practice and a whole lot of dissatisfied customers ! Won’t be buying from this company again n I’m still returning their product !
